Fight Infraction Tickets

If you've been recently pulled over and issued a traffic ticket, we can fight it. We handle speeding, photo red light, officer issued red light, stop sign and many other violations. We practice in all California Traffic Courthouses.
Our representation covers all court appearances. A traffic ticket is a criminal charge with the only penalties being fines and drivers license repercussions. You can't go to jail for a basic infraction. However, they are still treated like misdemeanors for court procedures. Typically before your first court appearance we enter a plea of "not guilty" and request a trial 3 to 4 months after that date. During that time we ask you to provide us with a ticket image and a statement of what happened. If we think your testimony will help, we ask you to come to court on the trial date and testify. Regardless we will be there to fight it.
Remove License Suspensions
From $300 per courthouse
If you fail to appear on your citation, the court, among other things, will contact the California DMV to issue a license suspension. Typically the DMV will notify you by mail that your license will be suspended on a certain date. Sometimes, it's not until you are pulled over that you realize your license has been suspended.
We are experts at getting your license reinstated. We will immediately appear on your case and argue for removal of warrants and fines and reinstatement of your driving privileges. We know the procedures and how to get holds lifted immediately. Because we are in the traffic courts so often, we offer the quickest and least expensive license reinstatement in California.
Misdemeanor Defense
From $500 per case
If you have been charged with a misdemeanor we can represent you in front of the judge and prosecutor. We conduct discovery and negotiate with the judge and prosecutor for dismissal or mitigation of the penalties. If we feel your case is strong to present in front of a jury we will prepare and hold a jury trial.
Formal Opinions
From $200 per hour
